no power back up

Dear sir/madam,

Recently i switched to act for better connectivity and high speed. But to my surprise it has some issue with the power availability.in my apartment there are various other people who has act and connection is provided from the junction box within our building.in our building we have ups for common area lighting and genset as well.

Me and my neighbour who opted for act recently in last 1 week...

I have made an application for refund of net broad amount on 16.08.2020. Till date, no amount was reflected my account. I have made several calls to customer care regarding my issue. The representative tell gave me 24hrs time. I have given time of 6 working days. But any representative will not solve my problem till now. I have no patient. So kindly pay my amount with penalty as per the existing rules.

    To my shock, i am being charged inr 1961.12 for static plan for which i never opted. I saw an email from act asking me to pay this amount by 10th of september, 2020.
    This is unethical and unjust to just send me a surprise bill.

    It occurred on 02/09/2020.

    I urge them to ethically withdraw the unfair charge on this static plan that i never opted for. I also keep raising service requests once in every few days regarding internet service going down. So any permanent solution on this too would be greatly appreciated because i cannot keep raising service requests forever.

    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

    Our company uses ACT corporate network and we also took ACT home connections. I just heard from my team that there was an issue while ACT services were upgraded a few weeks back due to which we were unable to access our company network via our respective ACT home networks. When our company raised a concern, it apparently seems like ACT provided a fix by giving us Static Plan instead! And thereby an unanticipated bill! ACT customer service also was not keen on addressing our issue when a few of us called up customer care. Currently, this discussion is being routed through a separate channel via our company folks discussing with ACT on this issue.

      I have applied for a new connection on the 6th of August and made the payment on the same day after which it took multiple calls, follow ups and 2 weeks of time for the technicians just to tell me the connection is not feasible.
      So then I applied for a refund on the 22nd of August (Ticket no. SR[protected])and I received a prompt mail stating that I would recieve the refund within 4 working days. It's been two weeks since I got this email and also multiple calls made to the helpline number but no update on the refund.

      I hope this can be resolved quickly without any further follow ups.

      I've called the helpline and reached out on mail as well still no response or update on the refund.
      I dont understand a company of your size and reputation can be so unprofessional and take more than 2 weeks to process a refund

        I want to disconnect act fibernet account, i am shifting my location

        I called customer care and i requested, but they are telling 'will be disconnected in four days'. Every time i call they are telling same phrase, now nearly twenty days is over. They are try to make to pay for next month. Please please act terminate my account.
        My family has been facing financial problems, please disconnect my account

          On 28th aug 2020, i applied to act broadband connection
          Their sales team behaved with me very badly.
          I did not use their broadband service even for 1 sec too.
          Before connection itself, i raised request for refund because of their staff behavior.
          Now company is not refunding my money and also their sales team people calling me senselessly and also sending msgs... Even in the late night too.

          I am not able to concentrate on anything... Feeling mental illness because of this matter.

          Please help me asap.

            My prospect ID is[protected]. I paid Rs.4064=00 ( Rupees Four thousand and sixty four only) 30.08.2020. But your representative in touch on 31.08.2020 and told I will come to to your house with in an half hour at about 09.00 AM. But no representative will come. After that your representative told on phone will come evening that day. But No one come. But 0n 01.09.2020 one man come and fitted the box and told another man come at about 11.00 AM give connection. But no one come. When I phoned on 03.09.2020 the representative said to day on or before After Noon the work will be completed without fail. But No one come. I waited for your representative for last 3 days. So I request you to please arrange wi-fy connection tomorrow otherwise I request my payment back due to My daughters on line classes are going on.

              I have raised a ticket with act fiber net for shifting my fiber net connection .it has been six days since I raised my request but no one addressed it yet and for a surprise today I got the message that my issue has been resolved and asking for rating ..aren't you guys shamed about it...I have tried multiple times to reach out to customer care they are simply putting my call on hold for hours then simply cutting the call...seems like act guys are more interested in customers hard earned money then their concerns...this is ridiculous...my complaint should be addressed at the earliest if not please refund my money .I will go with another provider...

                This is regarding my ACT Broadband service which has been down since last 3 days. Inspite of rasiing multiple tickets and escalations the ACT team has not been able to pull their act together in solving the issue. Worst, the engineers visit the house and in the pretext of saying "i will be back" they just leave the work half way thru without any communication and notification on when the issue would be solved.

                In the current day scneario when everyone is working from home the ISP shuld be behaving more resposnbily in ensuring a uninterrupted service to the customer. However i see an absolute disregard towards customers.

                Would ACT pay me becuase i had to take day off due to internet not availabe primiarily becuase their engineers were not able to figure out what is going on???

                Pathetic experience.

                  There is no internet from past Friday. I have raised multiple complaints and also dropped mails to nodal officer on the same. I have had three mails from nodal officer saying your service request is escalated and would be resolved with 24 hours.. it is 96 hours and everyday i am getting the same response from nodal officer..
                  This is absolute nonsense.. the issue here is fibre cable is disconnected and i see it dangling . This shouldn’t be more than 2 hours of work but from 6 days i am getting the same response..

                  Act has become the flagbearer for worst service.. This issue is in hyderabad and exact location is near Crayons hospital, Prasanth Nagar Colony, Bandlaguda Jagir

                  Still no internet for more than a week. No response from Nodal officer as well which makes any commonsense. Getting the same old copy paste messages of your service request is escalated and assigned to right team from past 6 days. Not sure if they have assigned this request to technicians from another country who seem to be getting issues in getting accommodated into one of the Vande Bharat Flights...

                  Kudos to team ACT.. Your actions are out of the World..

                  Seriously this is one of the Worst if not the Worst service provider in terms of support.

                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Broadband Internet

                    The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered act stream 4k box 2 months back on 5 of July . It came to me by 13 of July. I followed all the proper set up process and got to know that the product wasn't proper and that it had an internal technical issue. I contacted the broadband service and kept chasing after them for 4 continous days and when I realized that they were just toying with me and not giving me any solution, I got fed up and placed a complaint to take back my act stream 4k box. I did this on the 17 of July .I was informed by the customer executive that the 1000 rupees security deposit that I paid was going to be refunded back to me only after the box is taken back, and that was fine with me. It's 2 of September today and they still haven't taken back the ott box. On top of this they charged me an extra amount of 1180 rupees in the month of August as a charge for ott box service. I have the official bills showing all the charges.

                    It occurred on: 17/07/2020

                    I want my money to be refunded back to me and I want u guys to take back Ur ott box.

                      Yesterday (01 Aug 2020), I have mailed to your CC for the disconnection of my ACT broadband, but I haven't received any response from them. #ACTFibernet. Even looped Nodal officer, but no luck.

                      Also, I am trying to call CC, but it's getting disconnected automatically.

                        Second time in a single month, with no internet connection for more than 24 hours. Very very poor service. How can i do wfh in these difficult situations

                          Would like to highlight one point about the service when i spoke to the sales executive ashok +[protected] had promised after payment of full amount for 6 months on friday 28th august was very quick in taking the payment but when there was a problem with the connections not being available and they need to setup a new connection box inside my premise he hadn’t updated me for almst 2 days believing that i would be connected in 48 hrs i had commited to my boss that i would be working but today when i spoke to ashok he denies that i didn’t state any urgency when i clearly told that the problem i was facing and the reason for opting act before i intiated the refund he was still saying that the connection would complete by today but when i spoke to one of the executive to raise a complaint he stated it would take more than a week i dont understand why is the transparency missing i also work in the same sector for an australia telecom i understand the miss in sla’s but atleast the transparency is the one thing which i am concerned about

                            Unable to login to my act account

                            I'm using act storm plan for past 1 month. My plan is for 3 months. Suddenly today on 1st sept, 2020 i cannot login to my account. It is saying that my mobile number is unregistered..!! Also i tried to login using my user id and password but it is saying invalid user id. I checked with the chat bot in act self-care site and it told me that mobile number and the user id both are unregistered. Now after this i'm very much worried that my internet...

                            I had an act account with account number being[protected]. On 1st September they deactivated my account for no reason. I desperately need my internet connection back. My prior registered mobile number is [protected]. My registered email ID is [protected]@gmail.com. Now i will have to pay registration fee of 500 or more yet again. Their service makes me want to tear my hair out.

Though my internet is working but while trying to login it is showing that my mobile number is unregistered. Also trying to login with the user id and password is also leading to the same error. I checked with the chat bot in act self care site and it showed that my mobile number and user id both are unregistered. This is ridiculous. I'm going to launch a complain too.

                              The internet installation was very slow. I was subscribed to 200Mbps up/down, Speed's provided by Act does not even let me join the Video Conference calls. Very Disappointed and looking to submit to consumer court.

                                Dear, sir
                                Payment was made for the new connection on[protected] and
                                related document are send to act fiber persons without verfication the connection area details they have told that after making the payment only they will provide the connection.
                                So, I have made the payment with in 15 min. but today is[protected] the connection was not came to my home your service person has visited but they are unable to give connection because limitation of your broad band wire they asking us to fix junction box like we are not responsible for your internal matter we are paying amount you should provide service because time is limited we are going for another service provider please refund my amount my act fiber id/AC no :[protected]

                                  I have new connection on 2nd june 2020 and requested for shifting on 31st july 2020 but due to feasibility issue they didn't gave connection to my new place and they have deactivated my account stating plz go for disconnection. While taking connection i have paid for amount for 3 months (4491 rs) but i have used it only for 2 months hence am requesting for refund of 1 month amount but despite of reaching customer care people 3-4 times they are least bothered to either connect me with senior person even after requesting for that and every time they are closing refund ticket without even any call from any of the concerned team members. (Customer care executive who i spoke are shalini and shivani)
                                  Very disappointed with the way of act is providing customer service. Hoping at least even after looking at this complaint my refund will be done.

                                    Hai, My account number[protected] and my network going offline for every 10 to 15 minutes and back online after one hour or some times takes 4 hours. This happening from past 3 months.
                                    I open 5 tickets but every time i open without any calls or visiting my place they simply closing my ticket and said turn off/on your router and if problem still continue contact us. I paid for one year subscription and these people doing irresponsible.
