To my shock, i am being charged inr 1961.12 for static plan for which i never opted. I saw an email from act asking me to pay this amount by 10th of september, 2020.
This is unethical and unjust to just send me a surprise bill.
It occurred on 02/09/2020.
I urge them to ethically withdraw the unfair charge on this static plan that i never opted for. I also keep raising service requests once in every few days regarding internet service going down. So any permanent solution on this too would be greatly appreciated because i cannot keep raising service requests forever.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

Complaint marked as Resolved Our company uses ACT corporate network and we also took ACT home connections.
I just heard from my team that there was an issue while ACT services were upgraded a few weeks back due to which we were unable to access our company network via our respective ACT home networks. When our company raised a concern, it apparently seems like ACT provided a fix by giving us Static Plan instead! And thereby an unanticipated bill! ACT customer service also was not keen on addressing our issue when a few of us called up customer care.
Currently, this discussion is being routed through a separate channel via our company folks discussing with ACT on this issue.
ACT Fibernet customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
