ACT Fibernet — No Proper Customer Support and Very Poor Service

I am totally disappointed by the service ACT Fibernet provides. Last 15 days the data was not working and I have raised complaint so many times, till now there was no response from their side. Their executives are very irresponsible and they don't know how to talk with the customers. Their people are ready to offer new connections and don't bother on existing connection. Monthly around 10 days their data not working and it shows their worst service. I am totally not satisfied your service and I need refund on the connection, but they fail to refund my money. I will disconnect from their service, because of very poor customer service in Chennai. Their customer care executive also not answering properly. I will legally send you a notice against them. Kindly people don't go with ACT in Chennai. They are the worst and very worst behavior.
