[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — No proper or clear communication | |||
Hi, I had called your customer care for reconnection at Boduppal. They said they will do it in 3 days Even before they called us, we receive a sms saying "your ticket is closed". When I again called the customer care they said the technician will call us and they will install a new server box, as the one which is there in our area is full. After 2 days they call and tell us that it cannot be done as there is no server box and they cannot install a new one. It's really surprising that I receive multiple answers each time. This is at least not expected from a reputed vendor like Beam which is supposed to be the most popular. Was this information helpful? | |||
