ACT guys behave this way... I referred an organization next to my house through the ACT portal. The portal did not send me any acknowledgement or anything. I called their Customer Care with this concern and she assured that the referral would surely be marked against my name... but where??
When the bill came and I found the bonus missing, I spoke to the CC guys 3 times and then with the Nodal Officer, who informed me that the port was not available at the time of referral but after 15 days it was!!!
This connection was issued from the same box where only two connections are exhausted till date, this org. being the 3rd one; even now there are empty ports in that box.
The authorities assuming offices with ACT are just name-sake and have no real authority to help customers. They act defensive of ACT. When I took the 6M+1M connection by paying an advance, the executive who fixed the connection didn't inform that I would get the monthly bills post the scheme in advance. To this again, the so called Nodal Officer didn't have anything to say.

Very poor response from customer care people since i am facing data miss match issue from July 18th 2016 and still they are not getting Root cause where was the issue simply taking payment and i have called them many time even to there Manager they also dont know what should respond to the customer very waste of taking ACT connection
