Act connection was shifted from my friend's name to mine. We paid 2300+ to get this done. It only had to be reactivated in Bangalore when we reached. For 3 days we called them and nobody came. They asked for extra installation money and got a new connection for another 650+ ra. On the fourth day we asked them you cancel and initiate refund. They said okay. We didn't get a refund. I called again. They said oh refund has not been initiated, some work order pending. We will initiate now. Still no money. Every day I call customer care and every day they tell me something different.
I ask them to give me an email ID where I can complain and they give me the helpdesk one where I get automated and useless replies.
Morning and evening I call ACT. Around 5-6 times a day just to hear different things from different customer executives.
I suppose this is a company run by 10year old children who don't know how to work with a computer, who don't know how to check what the status of refund is or even SEND A MESSAGE/EMAIL THAT SAYS REFUND HAS BEEN INITIATED.
The most basic message.
I still don't know if my refund has even been initiated since I've got no communication about it.
We have Airtel now but ACT still owes us 3000rs.
