No refund was done but service request was closed SR[protected] ticket was created on 25th January and closed on 4th Feb 2022 without refund. When I called to findout another ticket was created SR[protected] again today. the cycle is happening again and again

no refund has been processed and to hide your failure you tried to close the ticket. I got the ticket reopened. Also you took my 3 months bank statement for verifying my honesty. fine by me. but before I escalate further please make a choice of your reply. be honest and pay me back. or say you wonot pay me back I will let this end once in for all.
