Hi Team,
I have raised a tickets more than 10 from last one month onwards with BEAM Telecom to provide Power Back up / Battery back up facility . But no response from BEAM support engineer team.
Ticket will be closing after raise 24 hours automatically with out any intimate. If we call BEAM support Team[protected], Simply they will response as we will resolve this issue with in 24 hours. But really they are not taking care from the last one month on wards on the same issue.
