[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — No response for customer care | |||||
I wanted to change the ownership of the broadband connection from my name to my husband name. I am keep calling their customer care number but it will be always busy. I registered the complaint in their portal, without resolving the issue they straight away closed the ticket. Even in facebook i messaged them, still same response. Atleast they should pick the call for customer care. Worst service, worst customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||||
