[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — No response for the inactive connection for 5 days after continuous calling customer care

Hi Team,
We have been trying their customer care since the last five day as their connection was not working, everyday they give us the same answer that it will work today.We are very dissatisfied with their service as we paid to them and we got no solution as such.Request you to kindly share with us the refund policy.
