ACT Fibernet — No Response from Technical Team after repeated complains from Past two Days

You ACT Broadband service is really frustrating.
From past two and half days we are calling to you customer care and explaining our issue of not getting Internet.
Your people just do time pass by telling do this and do that and end up with not able to identify whit's the issue.
You customer care number also charges us too much.
We take Internet for doing office work at home and you guys don't understand the urgency of this.
Bad service.
