Hello,
I have a ACT Fiber connection with account number[protected] from more than 3 years with your company. This is regarding complaint Ticket No:[protected]
I have registered this complaint on 19th August, 2018 where I have said that my broadband connection is not working. There is some power switch issue. I was given the deadline of evening 8. I called after 8 pm and got registered my problem again wherein I was told that by next 2 working hours the technical team will sort out the matter. I received a call then from Bharghav(esclation team) on next day around 3 PM and was said that my problem will get solved by 5pm. That commitment also failed.
Its Five days now, and yet I didn’t received any solution from your customer care. Even the technical team is not bothered to give a call and inform about the same.
This is the second time in six months I'm facing this issue. I am sorry to say but the service quality of your company is deteriorating day by day. They have forgotten the meaning of commitment. Perhaps they don’t want their old clients to be sustained who are with them from years.
Points to note :
1)Ticket#[protected] - Even though issue is esclated 3 times, no response received till now from any one from your company.
2)3 times false promises or false commitments given.
3)Today morning, I went to Chandanagar Branch and spoke to TL(Kaladar), Manager(Kiran) and branch head(Naveen), they promised by 2 PM issue will be resolved, but no response recived.
--- Had spoke to Naveen(branch head), I do not see any commitment to work from his side. He was trying to give again false promises without knowing the issue. It is very important how we talk to customer in polite way being a branch head which is lacking.
I request you to tell me whether my problem can be solved or not. In case of non event I will disconnect your connection and will make use of the other available alternatives with better commitment and services. If this is the service quality your company is offering, then why not look for other options in the market.
I hope that my problem gets solved at earliest, at least from your end.
Moral of the story : At the end of 5th day(today), I don't have any trust on ACT FIBER, Hyderabad company that someone will read my mail and address the issue as I have paid my bill amount till December so just writing the one for having no other option.

I have been asking the customer care to disconnect my connection since 1 month they asked me to contact after 20th of the month please help to disconnect.
