[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — no response since 5 days after incomplete connection

Hi, this is rahman
I am a new customer to act but since i have taken the connection the installation was incomplete since 5 days i was calling support team and being told for technician visit but everyday they diverts my complaint ticket with a new one. It seems like i have been cheated by looking the way this organisation handling the cases, i want my refund from any source from act fibernet which i havepaid on first day of agents visit as i have not used any data.
