[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — no response to ticket raised for 7 days

Last 7 days my internet is disconnected. I am unable to reach customer care or nodal office phone number( number is always busy, customer care number disconnected after 10 mins), emails are unanswered. Dispite of repeatative request to fix issue and to provide resolution date, there seema to be no interest to reapond back to customer.
