I have booked act connection on 22nd october by paying 10700 for a year connection... I got the connection within 3 days... And on the same day i lost the connectivity... So i raised a complint... And from then i am just getting false statements that within 24hrs problem will be resolved but no body is resolving the problem... Infact i demanded for cancellation and refund the amount so i can go with any other company... But for this also no response... They are simply raising new complaint ticket no [protected] and [protected] and [protected] and [protected]...
