[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — no service from past one week. repeatedly closing the ticket which i have raised | |||
My account number :[protected] I have raised a ticket ([protected]) a week ago that my internet connection is not working. They have not resolved the issue but they closed the ticket the next day. I have called them again and said the issue not resolved, how could you close the ticket, they have reopened it. But closed it again a day later Then i have called them again, why are you closing the ticket without providing the service. They reopened the ticket and closed it again for the 3rd time. Its been a week, i am vexed. They haven't resolved my issue but closed my ticket again and again. Now after 3 weeks they come with the payment bill. Please help me on this.
