[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — non issue of gx box after full payment of gx price and 6m+1m plan

Details: i’m the authorized account holder, and my name is abhishek kumar singh. Customer id is[protected].
Issue: my connection was disrupted (14th november, 20190 due to construction in the building where the junction box was setup. Post which i raised a complaint with customer service executive about the disconnection. Unfortunately the same time my tariff plan came to an end. Therefore, to receive services i did a recharge of ₹4633.80 on 18th november, 2019. Since then i’ve been chasing act cse for resolution so that i can work from home with this internet connection. After 6days when they reached there tat (7days tat to resolve issue, told by cse) they give me a call with explanation that due to construction the junction box was removed and placed again with 8 connections excluding mine. Finally, cse gave me two options: 1. Building owner’s permission to setup junction box (Or) 2. Pay ₹2200.00 for dedicated gx box. I felt 2nd option more reliable so that in future i will not face any issue with other customers. Therefore, on 23 november, 2019 i made the payment online and requested the same. Till date no resolution even after making all the payments (₹4633.80 + ₹2200.00 = ₹6833.80). I have raised multiple complaints regarding the same with no solution provided by the company so far. The complaint numbers are as follows sr[protected], sr[protected] and sr[protected], now all these complaints show a resolved status when the problem actually persists and the gx box is not installed yet. One of the employee who work from indiranagar act broadband branch, in fact told me that they are not in a position to install a gx box since that would get the company loss on 8 other connections (Customers). The experience with act has been terrible. The call center has also not been of much help in resolving this issue.
Expected resolution: either they setup gx box as soon as possible or refund me the full amount ₹6833.80.
