ACT Fibernet — not getting any response from the company for reconnection | |||
We moved into a new house and hence before moving we had suspended our act fibernet connection, they told we have balance but actually we didnt have any balance to be paid, finally they told they will wave off the due amount which was shown false. Now i am trying to reach the customer care using [protected] and [protected] they are telling we should raise request through their act app, but when i try to do it says clear the pending due amount. These people are fooling customers by misguiding and also giving false payment dues. Was this information helpful? | |||
