[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — not resolving connection issue | |||
My customer id is[protected]. It has been more than a week now since the internet connection was disconnected. We have been contacting act ever since to get it fixed but in vain. The customer service is really poor, the technicians just disconnect or won't pick my call. Everything just for giving connection to my home. Wonder what is the time needed to just connect back the cable Was this information helpful? | |||

it is close to two weeks now. you should actually stop looking and start working on fixing the issue. worst customer service, nothing apart from pre-scripted automated responses.

New connection raised and paid a amount of Rupees 7498 and it is almost 8 days but still not connected.And no initiative was taken from ACT.
