I've first submitted complaint on 19th september with #srt[protected] and they said the issue will be resolved by 20th september by 5 pm. The executive called me on that day and never appeared. They closed the ticket without any resolving the issue. I've called support 3 times to send an update to the executive and no update received and the ticket was closed at night.
Then the very next minute i called support again and created another #sr[protected] and they said the issue will be solved by 21st september 1pm. There is no update from the executive and the issue is still not fixed. I didn't login for my office work for 2 days. If i have my job it's okay, if i lose it i'm gonna sue act.
Really act doesn't give a # to customer.
