My name is eshwari gopal and my account id is[protected]. I have paid ₹4862.37 which was my due amount a week ago and now my account has been deactivated for not paying my bill. The customer care isn't responding. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. We'll have to shift to another internet provider if they keep providing such bad services.

    Act really providing worst service ever seen before. Complaint raised 1 week before till now no resolution and at lease we expected someone would call us but did not happen. Please provide resolution asap. Act account number[protected].

      Act fibernet,
      My account no is[protected]. I have given change of address details on 31.08.20. I called your agents again and again and there has not been a single response from there side. How much can one wait? Now i have got a new connection. Please disconnect my act fibernet and return the advance payment i paid you when you first gave me the connection.

        There is no service provided by act broadband. There is no way to reach customer care help line. All the customer care numbers given on internet are fake and it's not working. Whenever i have internet issue, my complaints are not answered.

          Despite repeated creating the same complaint throguh their app the act backend team automatically close the ticket without resolving the problem. They are unresponsive on the whatsapp or the customercare number. I would like an immediate resolution to the problem but i am not able to contact anyone in the organisation.

            Hi,
            I am act customer with account #:[protected].
            I raised a complaint (Sr[protected]) on act on 12th september regarding my internet failure and they mentioned to fix the issue in 24 hours.

            Even though its more than 48 ours they didn't fixed and the technician not even called.

            As we are working from home we need to apply for loss of pay.

            Despite speaking to customer care people some 15 times they didn't addressed our issue and we lost one day salary.

              I applied for connection in month of April by paying a amount of 3887rs 6 months plan, connection was not given till 1 month and said there is no box and can't give connection so I cancelled it and requested for refund..it's been more then 6months till now but no refund..I keep calling customer care but they raise request but automatically I get a message stating it's resolved where as nothing is resolved and no response to emails too..don't you people think it's completely fraud..it's my one month emi amount and you people making me beg to refund my own money..what else should I do

                I am pratima. [protected]. These act rogues have not solved the complaint yet. I asked them for refund long back, they said they have initiated it last time when i gave a complaint. Later they told noone has registered your number for refund. So who is responsible for that? These rogues talk irresponsibly like that. I want to file a case against these people for making me lose jobs, mentally harassing me by not answering calls, not giving internet and not initiating refund. Who on earth keeps quiet after losing jobs? This is nearly 9 th time, i am losing connection in just 4 months. Why are they not replacing the equipment with a new one? Very strange rogues and thieves, these act dirty rogues are. I want you to let me know how i should get them compensated for the jobs i lost and the mental harassment i was given. My neighbors have taken internet connection from other brands. Until now it never gave trouble. See how low these rogues have degraded. It was a huge mistake from my end, to have paid these dirty dogs money. From now on, i will suggest all my friends. Never to go for act. I will campaign it myself. I have all the proofs. I a, learning digital marketing only to ruin these rogues who have ruined my life. Shame on you dirty dogs and #.

                  I am shanawas applied for the new connection over act fiber net with an online payment of rs 4306 with a customer id[[protected]] dated on 10/9/2020. And then on the very next day technicians came to home and said there is no feasibility here. And i call to the sales person (Rajadurai-[protected]) they not even respond my call, money is not refunded into my account yet. Without proper response from the act team, how can i solve thos problem? How can i get a money refund? Please check into this matter and do the justice

                    On 10th september 2020, i want to put act fiber net connection on my home in chennai. So i call act service number near by me. I asked them to put connection, they said there is no connection near you. So i said cancel my connection and refund my money. I asked them to cancel the connection is because they were not able to do the installation to my home. By the time of taking money from me, the sales guy (Rajadurai-[protected]) told me that, if in case they are not able to do the installation they will refund me the entire amount.

                    After i raised the request for cancellation on september 12th 2020, i have not got any calls from them. Moreover, they have not respond my calls. I called the customer care number, they also not respond properly. They said i will raise ticket for your number, our team will contact you.

                    I need to cancel my connection and money refund or proper response and installation.

                      Hi,
                      Since 5 sep'20 i am not able to access internet and made multiple calls to customer care and technicians and they always tell problem in area junction box which is never fixed. Everyday i make complaint and they tell to wait for 24-48 hrs which never comes for them. Now they r not extending my recharge date as well which i told them to adjust as i am not getting internet since long. No supervisor calls, no resolutions provided. I am going to change connection to airtel now. Definitely act behaved worst here.

                        There was no connectivity of internet. After i complained here, i got it again. And now i lost it. So tomorrow at 7 in the morning, i will get scolded by my student again. These are the scoldings that act #s should get. Ask those criminal act fibre to refund my 6 months payment. All these six months i lost nearly 3 jobs and now i am tutoring privately. Now that student is also scolding me. Thay day those rogues, instead of initiating my refund, came to my house and begged me, those #s who ruin people lives should be killed i instantly. Shameless rogues and culture less brutes. I dont know which don is the owner of act. That # and his family should die of covid-19. Of he is near me i would have slapped him with my slipper. Bloody #s and #. This pratima, [protected]. Those rogues dont even answer with respect. They say that i must politely ask them to give connection. #s you took money from me. You are thieves, who robbed my money and not giving internet. Who respect ts you, you are dogs. Agree that you rob people like and dont bother to give internet.

                          Dear sir,

                          My act internet stopped working from (09/09/2020) morning and my complain no sr[protected].

                          On 10th sep monohar the technician from act had visited my places his no[protected]. He came told me to change the mcb at the electric meter and left. I got it replaced in half a hour but the internet still doesn't work. I called him and said that i replaced the mcb and requested him to visit and rectify the issue. He said he will come and after which he does'nt pick calls. Tried from many number, even my sis and mom. Its just that he doesn't pick any calls.

                          I raised a complain to helpdesk. [protected]@actcorp.in on 10th sep no response.
                          Sent 3 mails to [protected]@actcorp.in on 10th sep and the mails bounce back.
                          Raised a complain at act app no response nor the ticket is closed.
                          I called the act customer care numbers and it disconnects. I tried all act customer care numbers. Listed are the numbers
                          [protected], [protected], [protected], technician monohar ([protected]) final tried calling his team lead anna dorai ([protected]) non of them is picking the call and atleast informing what the issue is and how long will it take. I sent a whatsapp message to ana dorai, he has seens the message but did'nt reply nor call or text atleast.

                          Please find attached how many time i have tried to reach these numbers, text message to anna dorai.
                          Kindly let me know what needs to be done.

                            I purchased annual package around 4 months back. I have been facing internet issue for more than 40 days now. Intiaially raised few complainants and resolved over discussion with their team. But those did not resolve the issue. Finally i identified that problem is with the router provided by act. I have been escalating through 3 channels contact centre, nodal officer, appellate. [protected]@actcorp.in
                            But still the issue is not resolved. They are not even caring the requests.

                              This the final email I will send you guys.

                              I’m a customer who is facing a lot of stress and anxiety. I have called the customer service and asked for refund either they hungup on me or will say I will get a manger call but I have received none of these request from you. If you do not provide a refund I will take this to financial ombudsman. It’s been one month that I am following up for the refund. Is this the kind of service that you provide customers. You have provided me a a lot of stress and I am not getting because you guys have not provided the connection or the refund so that I can go for alternative service provider. I kindly request you to provide a refund as soon as possible. It’s been 40 days that you guys are giving me run around. I need a call from the escalation team or financial team about the refund.                                 I lost connection in the early morning. It happened nearly 8 times now for the last 4 months. Everytime, there is a disconnection, it is followed up by huge drama. I got scolded for cancelling the class. He is my private student. Because of this internet people, I have lost my job. On that day I lost my job, I made complaint here. After that day, it happened twice. Now the student is asking me to refund the fee amount. What should I do with these people who are highly irresponsible and careless. I complained at 7, until now no one repaired it.

                                    I paid 2.9k for new connection At Visakhapatnam steelplant through online, but due to some reasons I could not get through the connection and cancelled it. But it’s been 3 months I did not receive any amount back, no new connection nor amount refunded. Can you please check through this.

                                        I subscribed to netflix via act on feb 15th.. And i cancelled it on march 14th.. By netflix billing cycle this one month subscription.. But act charged me with charges for 2 months netflix.. When asked about this to customer care they said me to mail me regarding this to their helpdesk.. I even mailed them 4 months back.. Till date i didn't receive my money back..
