I am unable to use act broadband from last 2 days since 15th sept 2020.
Calling the customer executives, but no resolutions.
Every call i make, i am given a possible expected time for resolution but no resolution.

    On august have done the payment of 7682.00 rs for my 6 months tariffs, however due to their issues in last 3 months and the bad behaviour of the technicians who visited to restore the connection i decided to deactivate my account and before that have asked them do i recieve the refund for the rest of the months. They said yes. However based on my request on september 4th they disconnected services and said within 5 days they process the refund of 6812.00 it's been almost 15 - 20 days still i did not receive the fund. But whenever i call to check they said it's been processed on sept 4th itself. And when i ask for the refund invoice to liaise with my bank, they are not ready share the details or invoice copy. My sincere request please help me to get my money back as i have already opted other service provider. And i am scared after reading few customer reviews that they won't process the refund.

    Please do help me on this. I am okay to take legal action if it's mandatory.

    I had been asking for the restoration of internet connectivity but from past 3 days believe me or not called so many times to the customer care no response and if I don't pay the bill on time they charge extra on us. I want to sue a case on ACT fibernet for not considering customer request and poor response from the company.

      Hi,

      I reached the act help desk hoping that service would be good. I paid a 3months basic plan with the sum of rs 3403. We received a confirmation from sales officer that installation will happen within 3 to 5 days. On second day i received a call that installation will be done on september 3.

      On september 3rd technician neither had an router or proper tools to perform installation. Routing of cabling was done crossing the neighborhood homes. They raised a concern on this that it can be done outer to the building. But the cabling was done like a hanger at the middle of the terrace disturbing them. Technician was saying that he would rectify it at the last and was least bothered in fixing at the end.

      Wiring was done to home with the ventilator doors to be kept opened permanently. Installation was made successful without being provided the router and incomplete routing of cables. He mentioned that router it would be provided before evening.

      Every time i hear a false commitment from technician and also from help desk that i would receive call back and router would be provided. But i am really upset with the service being provided at the first instance. Almost every day spending really 30 mins in the call of help desk and nothing happens at the end.

      Ensure to provide me call back to fix it before tomorrow or reimburse the money back where i look for good service provider who focus on customer satisfaction.

      Hi team,

      Kindly read the below email and arrange for a call back to address queries. Lot of false commitment with customer set and it was never met. Installation without a router is done.
      Queries
      1. Installation without router, never agreed with customer that it would be delayed.
      2. Cabling of wires crossed neighborhood home middle of the terrace and affects them.
      3. Improper response for perform poor cabling and requesting for shifting later with charges.
      4. Wiring done with windows to kept open permanently in open condition.
      5. Using only cables but installation consider successful since the day cabling alone been done.
      6. Lot of false commitment from helpdesk on delay of the service timeline.

      Thank you for your response. Queries are still open. Request was your swift action. I have not received an router yet and cabling remains open. Almost now 13 days over and i was able to use less than 3 gb of monthly data (200 gb) because of router not available. With cabling it is very hard to work from a single desk at home and i am using a other options with paid service.

      When i discussed with the help desk they mentioned me that act no longer provide the offer of router as compliment for 3months payment. No customer or given with router. Is that true statement???
      So the charges paid by you is only for monthly. Is the compliment then just an option for sales person to cheat the customer and when customer call back helpdesk respond in harsh way. I don't really understand the way they react to customer and respond to queries.

      Few things need to understand from the team. Not sure you are reading all these emails fully. I never get a call from any supervisor listening to my queries. This is not the way a corporate unit has to work. I was also person worked in a carrier of help desk. Customer satisfaction should be the key for an service. Might be it's the case for me alone i don't know.

      I have never faced this much bad experience with a customer service.

      Vamshi krishna is the sales person who booked my order. He responded my queries two days back assuring that router will be provided shortly. After he stopped answering my calls. Every day i spent 2 hrs calling customer care and asking for router and cabling to be corrected. Today i spoke with another person sales person name vinoth who shared me his personal no and guranetee that issue would be fixed by tomorrow. More than issue the response and commitment is really disappointing.

        On 30th of Aug 2020, advance payment of 2500 was made to avoid to get GX Box. It had SLA of 7 days, last day to install being 6th September. Today it is 16th and still no updates by Act Team.

        Pathetic experience and irresponsible.

              In august 2020, i took a new fibrenet connection with 1 year subscription. Due to technical issues i had to cancel the connection on the 17th of august 2020 itself (Active for just a week). Customer care confirmed refund would be credited in 7 days after collection of wifi router. Until date i. E. 15september2020 nobody turned up to collect the same and refund is still in progress. I called up customer care more than 20 times, but no progress has been made. My account no is[protected]. My contact no is [protected]. This is a biggest cheating act.

                        There is no service provided by act broadband. There is no way to reach customer care help line. All the customer care numbers given on internet are fake and it's not working. Whenever i have internet issue, my complaints are not answered.

                          Despite repeated creating the same complaint throguh their app the act backend team automatically close the ticket without resolving the problem. They are unresponsive on the whatsapp or the customercare number. I would like an immediate resolution to the problem but i am not able to contact anyone in the organisation.

                            Hi,
                            I am act customer with account #:[protected].
                            I raised a complaint (Sr[protected]) on act on 12th september regarding my internet failure and they mentioned to fix the issue in 24 hours.

                            Even though its more than 48 ours they didn't fixed and the technician not even called.

                            As we are working from home we need to apply for loss of pay.

                            Despite speaking to customer care people some 15 times they didn't addressed our issue and we lost one day salary.

                              I applied for connection in month of April by paying a amount of 3887rs 6 months plan, connection was not given till 1 month and said there is no box and can't give connection so I cancelled it and requested for refund..it's been more then 6months till now but no refund..I keep calling customer care but they raise request but automatically I get a message stating it's resolved where as nothing is resolved and no response to emails too..don't you people think it's completely fraud..it's my one month emi amount and you people making me beg to refund my own money..what else should I do

                                I am pratima. [protected]. These act rogues have not solved the complaint yet. I asked them for refund long back, they said they have initiated it last time when i gave a complaint. Later they told noone has registered your number for refund. So who is responsible for that? These rogues talk irresponsibly like that. I want to file a case against these people for making me lose jobs, mentally harassing me by not answering calls, not giving internet and not initiating refund. Who on earth keeps quiet after losing jobs? This is nearly 9 th time, i am losing connection in just 4 months. Why are they not replacing the equipment with a new one? Very strange rogues and thieves, these act dirty rogues are. I want you to let me know how i should get them compensated for the jobs i lost and the mental harassment i was given. My neighbors have taken internet connection from other brands. Until now it never gave trouble. See how low these rogues have degraded. It was a huge mistake from my end, to have paid these dirty dogs money. From now on, i will suggest all my friends. Never to go for act. I will campaign it myself. I have all the proofs. I a, learning digital marketing only to ruin these rogues who have ruined my life. Shame on you dirty dogs and #.

                                  I am shanawas applied for the new connection over act fiber net with an online payment of rs 4306 with a customer id[[protected]] dated on 10/9/2020. And then on the very next day technicians came to home and said there is no feasibility here. And i call to the sales person (Rajadurai-[protected]) they not even respond my call, money is not refunded into my account yet. Without proper response from the act team, how can i solve thos problem? How can i get a money refund? Please check into this matter and do the justice

                                    On 10th september 2020, i want to put act fiber net connection on my home in chennai. So i call act service number near by me. I asked them to put connection, they said there is no connection near you. So i said cancel my connection and refund my money. I asked them to cancel the connection is because they were not able to do the installation to my home. By the time of taking money from me, the sales guy (Rajadurai-[protected]) told me that, if in case they are not able to do the installation they will refund me the entire amount.

                                    After i raised the request for cancellation on september 12th 2020, i have not got any calls from them. Moreover, they have not respond my calls. I called the customer care number, they also not respond properly. They said i will raise ticket for your number, our team will contact you.

                                    I need to cancel my connection and money refund or proper response and installation.

                                      Hi,
                                      Since 5 sep'20 i am not able to access internet and made multiple calls to customer care and technicians and they always tell problem in area junction box which is never fixed. Everyday i make complaint and they tell to wait for 24-48 hrs which never comes for them. Now they r not extending my recharge date as well which i told them to adjust as i am not getting internet since long. No supervisor calls, no resolutions provided. I am going to change connection to airtel now. Definitely act behaved worst here.

                                        There was no connectivity of internet. After i complained here, i got it again. And now i lost it. So tomorrow at 7 in the morning, i will get scolded by my student again. These are the scoldings that act #s should get. Ask those criminal act fibre to refund my 6 months payment. All these six months i lost nearly 3 jobs and now i am tutoring privately. Now that student is also scolding me. Thay day those rogues, instead of initiating my refund, came to my house and begged me, those #s who ruin people lives should be killed i instantly. Shameless rogues and culture less brutes. I dont know which don is the owner of act. That # and his family should die of covid-19. Of he is near me i would have slapped him with my slipper. Bloody #s and #. This pratima, [protected]. Those rogues dont even answer with respect. They say that i must politely ask them to give connection. #s you took money from me. You are thieves, who robbed my money and not giving internet. Who respect ts you, you are dogs. Agree that you rob people like and dont bother to give internet.
