ACT Fibernet — not resolving the connecting problem, since 4 days no internet access

Since 25 february there is no access to internet, contacted and filed complaint, they were marking it as resolved without actually resolving the problem. I[censored]nable to resolve the issue please refund the money back. Today one of act employee called me and asking to pay rs.2200 for resolving the issue.
