ACT Fibernet — Not shifting the connection to our new office location even after submitting shifting request

We have shifted our office to new location. We raised proper shifting request and a ticket has been raised. twice technician has assigned. Very worst experience they are not even picking our calls. But without shifitng our request they closed saying we are not responding to their call. From june 1 we are struggling without fibernet connection. Their customer care representative is saying we will raise it to team with high priority. No use talking to them. Ticket number:SR[protected]

Called customer care again opened ticket today SR[protected] 12.30 p.m. and again closed the ticket by 2.30 p.m. without resolving it.

We opted for disconnection after so many follow-ups. And now contacted ACT team [protected]@actcorp.in for clarification of the refund. They have our money Rs.1155.08. Also they made a impact in our bussiness by delaying the shifiting of connection to our new premises. We beared that all loss and moved to another operator. This we intimated clearly with their representative and also in mail. No where they mentioned in bill or mail or any such communication that they will not refund our amount if take yearly or halfyearly subscription. Now after disconnection also we followed up with their representatives for refund that time also they didn't informed us about the refund policy. Now they sending in email saying"ACT does not entertain refund of any amounts that may have been paid by the ‘Subscriber’, for an Annual / Semi-Annual / Quarterly / Monthly / Child Plan Packages / Wireless Plus – Home Wi-Fi Device or any other similar package offered by ACT from time to time.

Only in case of non-feasibility of a new connection (not an existing connection) is a refund made by ACT. The time for a refund to be effected is 4-6 weeks, beyond the allowable time of 15 working days as mentioned above.

However, you can use the same credit balance by renewing the plan at the time of reconnection from our enad in the future."

As consumers with this much bad experience, we never want to move again with ACT.
we want only refund of our Amount.
