[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — ownership transfer

Worst service ever seen.

It has been 2 weeks since we have asked for ownership transfer. Everytime we have been told from customer care that the representative would be collecting the documents next day. But none turned up till now. And everyday we have to call up and tell the entire story again. Wondering how you have got name with such a pathetic service.
