[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Paid for new act broadband subscription but not got the connection. | |||
My name is Ajay Singh and my ACT User ID is[protected]. I requested for new Act Broadband Connection and made payment as well on 6th May, 2017 of Rs. 2328 for 3 months for Rs. 675 plan. But it has been one week and i have not get the connection done. I have already spoken to customer care 3 times and they have not provided any solution to my issue.
