ACT Fibernet — paid full amount money but still not got a new connection

[protected] when i have applied for act fibernet internet connection i have paid total amounts of money for 6 months.
But still yet anyone from not reached me about the connection request.
Every day am trying to call their customer care but always i getting number busy number busy.
I don't know what they thinking.
My thoughts they are trying to cheat me
