[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — paid money for six months offer and offer is not met yet

I'm supposed to get free router and one month free rental for paying six months plan. Act customer service informed me that i will get router within 5 days, it's been 14 days and yet to get it.

I have made several calls in last two weeks but there is no proper response and i'm very frustrated with the service.

I'm disappointed with the service as time has been wasted and no response provided, i want to get my router immediately and want a compensation for the delay.
