ACT Fibernet — pathetic customer care service

Hi,

To whom so ever concerned.

28th of june we had a internet disconnection at my residence, we raised a complaint (Ticket number - sr[protected]. Again at night had called to customer care, the executive from customer care intimated that the disconnection is physical in nature. Hence it could only be resolved on next day morning. 29th june i was expecting a executive to arrive and have it fixed. I had a important official meeting to be attended at 10:00am of 29th june, when i was about to start from home, the executive called and informed that he was on his way to my residence to have the issue addressed. All the way i had to postpone the meeting and was waiting for the executive to arrive until 10:30 am. He never turned up, on calling back to him. The executive is informing me that he is very near by to my location and he has sorted out the issue through his tab.

My query, why did the executive from customer care inform that it was physical disconnection when the issue was resolved over tab.
If the executive could resolve issue over tab, why was it not addressed last night and why the hell he informed me to stay back at home... It was literally a important meeting.
Why the hell i am paying such premium price for you'll to have the internet...in return i had to miss all my meetings from last night...

This kind of disconnection is repetitive at-least 3 to 4 times on every month...
And you'll neither compensate it billing

When you to penalize for delayed payment, you should also be aware to prorate the bill as per you dis-connectivity.

I need my current month bill to be prorated for past 5 months dis connectivity.
