[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — pathetic customer service and lot of connectivity issues | |||||
Hi Hope it reaches to someone who solves my issue with the most hyped act fibernet. The solution they provide for any issues with connectivity, billing etc is very pathetic. They don't have the common sense to get the issues fixed immediately. I use internet to work from home. When i do that sometimes the internet disconnects, if it connects the network will be very slow. They claim themselves as "incredibly fast" which is not true. And the staff they have in bangalore is very very disappointing. I would urge everyone at act to disconnect my connection immediately and pay a compensation of 10000 rupees for all the inconveniences you caused me for the past 2 years I disconnected the connection once 6 months ago and they called me and said that they will wave off all the other charges which they did not do and i paid in my recent bill amount.
