[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Pathetic customer service and quality is very very poor | |||
I got a new connection. When power goes then no internet comes, but the promised was 4 hours of back up. I have called around 50 times and raised as many complaints as possible but Everytime they say repeat record and just like that they close the complaints. Worst one can ever imagine. Pathetic to the core their post Service. During sales also very very poor service. I can write whole story but stopping here. Was this information helpful? | |||
