I have requested for relocation of my act connection to a new house which is hardly 500m away from the existing one, but they are taking more than a week to complete the request. They are taking more than 4 days just to check the feasibility test. Not sure what kind of test does take this much of time whereas the act routers are present everywhere near my house.in-spite of submitting the required documents multiple time, they keep on messaging me that doc are not submitted and will take another 7 days from today, basically they dont want to take the responsibility of anything and just blame customers.
They have not assigned any field person till now, and they are trying to complete my request by sitting at their desk.
I bet you guys, just raise a request for new connection and they will give it to you within 2 days but other services takes weeks and weeks.
Basically they care only about new customer and not the existing ones.
One humble request to all customers, just don't do long term recharges so that if you also face service issues from act you can stop using it and take connection from other service provider otherwise you will be stuck with this stupid act. Was this information helpful? |
