Absolutely pathetic, un professional useless and impotent company. False promises to deliver high speed internet and doesn't even have the infrastructure to support it. Since months i've been facing a lot of connectivity issues, always without any resolution they close the ticket from their end. I've been conned by the company everytime. I leased their connection since atleast more than 10-12 years. The problem remains the same everytime. They decieve the people and out of one year, 4 months their will be no connectivity on an average. I'm a software engineer, i have lost atleast 20 lacs since start because of their pathetic service and lack of resolution strength. Everytime i raise an issue they close it by their end without even resolving it. Neither their employees are well mannered, they never do their work, the area incharge has been lying around the area without moving his body a little. Everytime he has one or the other issues to bring on table.
The company promises to provide high end, full stability internet, but i've happened to climb up when their consultant came and according to my knowledge they didnt even used the certified cable that had to b used, they didnt even had gigabit ports or dedicated distributional switches which handles the load and distribution of speed. Their area incharge only knows how to argue never comes to a resolution.
After a lot of pleadings and calls finally thir team arrived, wasted atleast 3 hrs of my time in bringing up the cable change request to the mark, but when they reached the box which had to be my connection box, they didnt see my lan connected their, instead that fellow; area incharge took out my lan from that box which is nearest to me, patched atleast 4-5 times not giving a single wire, that too patched with insulation tapes to move it to a different box 100-200 mtrs away from my home, without my consent or knowledge. How the hell can he do that? If act comes up with another silly excuse for it that there were no ports in that 8 port box (Which they use for the connections, which is really incapable of delivering the promised network speed not even qa/qc), to make things clear, i was the first person who called beam in their earlier days and took a connection, given space for your hubs, so i dont think i've been very late that i didnt get the chance to get into that switch, which is now in front of my house?
Their team (Though different section) after realising the whole game of their area incharge didnt had a choice rather than to put back my previous useless cable which already was dying of patches and make new patches to it and install the same thing again after taking away my precious hours.
Then and their i've been calling the service but no reply, but finally end of the day they responded, i clearly told them the situation, told them consequences will now be very danger, i'll take legal proceedings. Even after telling this, they thought i'll again show my patience and dumb customer behaviour they ignored and thrashed my efforts in vain. The company not even respects the constitution neither they do respect their customers. I question to myself, how is even this company still existing over here.
Finally, if act wants to continue with me, i need dedicated bandwidth which they have promised (For which they need to upgrade their infra.), i need a new cable, i need the only box which i have started from, that is infront of my house (Do what ever, upgrade your swirches or whatever), also recompense for my losses which i've mentioned at the start

Recompense my losses, return my payment which i did recently in january for half a year and release me. That too all this with interest.
I hope now i'm on the right platform, now show me how you people can shut this ticket down, without any resolutions.
