Hi sir,
I placed a request to disconnect my connection because i moved my house. I moved my home on 21st december 2019.
After that i placed request many times to disconnect service and provide refund on remaining month. When i took the connection, they told me that they will relocate the connection or not serviceable area means will provide refund.
I didn't use the act service after 21st december 2019.
I requested many times to disconnect service and provide refund.
Unfortunately they closed the service ticket for disconnection even-after they mentioned that they will provide a call back within 48 hrs. But no one called regarding this.
Following are the disconnection request details with date and time.

I am not understanding, why customer need to raise so many request to disconnect and act mention that will receive a call back within 48 hrs even-though no one calls, someone from act end close the request.
Seriously disappointed with the service and please let me know what to do.
