ACT Fibernet — pathetic service and unresponsive customer care

I have been facing internet problems for 2 months now. Innumerable calls to customer care with false promises everytime. They even took money to replace the modem, but neither did we get the modem nor any resolution from them. And whenever we call the customer care they never forward the call to any manager or higher authority, and keep giving false promises.
2 months is a very long time to solve any issue, atleast provide the money back so we can disconnect and change our service provider.

anyone looking to take ACT, please think twice, its not worth it.
