Hi,
This is Venkata Bhanu Kiran, an act user bearing with ac no 1171362. From last Friday (19/06/2015) there is no connectivity. due to going out of station not able to raise the complaint. But on 22/06/2015 raised a complaint by waiting in around 10-15 mins in queue and the executive committed to resolve it in 24 hrs.
Worst part is not rectified or not even a call from ACT side in 24 hours, later on 23/06/2015 called then regarding the same they said EOD of 23/06/2015 will be rectified. But actually not happened. On the same day again called around 7pm, after waiting for another 10 mins ACT executive said going to arrange a call back in 2 hours at last by 9:00 PM. But there is no call or rectification
On 24/06/2015 Mr. Prasanth Called me and said going to rectify by EOD 24/06/2015, Which is not happened. Very pathetic
On 26/06/2015 I called the customer care and after waiting for another 10 mins I got connected to an executive who is not able to understand customer pain, asked him transfer to his manager, the Prasanth came to line said by EOD of 26/06/2015, will be rectified and will be updated. But actual is A person from ACT using a mobile no[protected] called to check the connectivity he is visiting the place. Said to wait for 10 mins. I went to home and called him, claiming that he came and left due to some more problems so not able to resolve asking me to wait for another 24 hours. He don't have 5 mins time to wait for me but I need to wait (the Worst part)
On the same day 26/06/2015 @ 6:00 pm called customer care to talk to Mr. Prasanth, but he is not in the floor, Mr Syed came into line telling to wait without understanding the pain and frustration.
The worst part of this ACT no proper customer service (over phone/ field) and non-trained technicians over phones to waste our time and money.
Waste of money since subscribed for a year plan. Can't get rid of this service since i'll loosing my money itself. Has to bear with is non-sense, use less ACT. Was this information helpful? |
