ACT Fibernet — Payment issue | |||||
My Account Id is[protected] ...I AM NOT ABLE TO MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE AND OFFLINE (neither from your act fiber App not from the website )..I have even tried paying in the e-seva but my account details is not updated (i entered my account id but its stating invalid user)...And YOUR customer service is EVEN MORE WORST..i called the act fibernet customer support many times and told my problem but he said it will be resolved in 24 hour and you will get a call from us in 24 hours but no one called me its been 6 days and the problem is still exists ...i urge the act fibernet to please update my account details as soon as possible and SO THAT I CAN MAKE PAYMENT ATLEAST THROUGH E-SEVA Was this information helpful? | |||||

I referred one of my friend through act broadband referral program, they promised me to give tickets, but they never called me. my problem was not solved till now..! my id: 115770.
