I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a recent bill payment that I made using the Act Fibernet app and the Cred app.
On August 8, 2023, I made a bill payment through the Act Fibernet app for my account. Subsequently, on Aug 10th, I also made a bill payment for the same account using the Cred app.
It appears that the payment processing was duplicated, resulting in two separate payments for the same billing cycle.
I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this situation and refunding the duplicate payment made on August 10, 2023, through the Cred app.
