ACT Fibernet — Payment wrongly requested to my mobile no [protected]

Hi

Please note that i am using ACT net for the last more than 2 years here.

I switched over to new package of combo package and paid the required amount of Rs. 6, 400/- for 6 months package as per the direction from the sales man of ACT.

So you shound not charge any additional amount. But you charged Rs. 295 for otp connection something your people said. i dont understand it why this is required since it tis your duty to provide the net and scope TV as requested in the combo package.

I have talked to atleast 20 people at ACT Customer service but all in vain.

Having paid Rs 6.4 k and you are disconnection my internat is not accepatable at all and for each and every hour of your disconnection i need compensation of one month extention since i paid the money and it is with you. you dont have right to disconnect it.

Also please note that the scope TV connectivities are not working properly and requested your sales man to come and fix it but not turned so far or sent somebody to fix it.

under this circumstances i request to reconnect the interenet immediately..
Also send someone to fix once for all all the issues of combo pacakage.

My salesman in this case if one Mr. Sridharan Santhakumar whose mobile phone is switched off.

I have told him every day to look into it as he sold the package and i need my internet immediately without any stoppage.

You are supposed to compensate for the existing messup created by your organisation.

do act immediately and restore connection immediately.

Because of your lazyness in solving (22 people i talked to in this case) i have to use my alternative internet players to manage my things. hence you are to compensate me for the same.

If my connection does not come by 1.30 this after noon you have to compensate for 2 months extra internet on the amount i already paid.
If it is not restored by today then i need for each day one month extention for each day day. Hope you will understand and restore immediately connection

Act urgently ACT. I cant expect this nonunderstanding and lethargic attitude since I paid money and i am eligible to get the connectivity without stoppage.
