[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — please disconnect the account

I was trying to reach them since 2months through customer care but never it gets connected. They said they will send their representative to disconnect but they have not turned up. They ask me to pay bill for 2months but they don't suspend the account. There is no internet connectivity too but still they are billing us. Please resolve it we have been waiting for suspension since 2 months.
