[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Poor customer service | |||||
There is a problem about internet connection every week and I raise a complain against it every time. There is no response from their side. Sometimes the net is not available for continuous 2-3days which cause a lot of inconvenience. This time I raised a service ticket and it's been 2days and there is no action taken.
