Intiated request for disconnection before 6days via customer care.But you guys are keep on increasing ETA.If i try to connect with customer services, the guys (vasudevan, , etc)who ever attend my call not even allow us to speak and after sometime he put my call on mute and disconnect my call.This is not at all the way you handle your customer..Veryyyyyyy veryyyy poor and ridiculous customer service, have ever seen.
And also, no one in the customer service didn't confirm the exact charge for cancellation and reactivation. Everyone is telling different different stories and charges ..Not at all satisfied with customer service.^ Was this information helpful? |
