[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Poor Internet reliability and frequent outages | |||||
Hi, My complain Id - [protected]. I created a complain on 8th Sept. And the only response I received is that the complain has been registered. I used the ACT app to register a complain and it clearly showed that there is some problem with an intermediate switch. No one has contacted me since then. I'm facing this issue twice in every week since last 2 months. On each call/complain I'm assured that this would not happen again as there was a problem with switch but it happens soon 2-3 days after their resolution. Why do they charge so much if they just want to provide the connectivity for half a month. Extremely pathetic reliability of the internet. When I'm getting back from work each day, I have to pray that internet is OK at home. I'm unable to understand why are they not looking into this matter seriously. Due to this so frequent outages, I have stopped recommending ACT to my friends and colleagues. Was this information helpful? | |||||
