ACT Fibernet — Poor Post Sales Service - Internet NOT working

I have made 10+ calls to customer care in the past 2 days, that internet is not working. Work is getting impacted because internet is down and asked the customer care to empathize the situation and treat it as emergency. No call back. No escalation. Very poor service.
