I asked for connection cancellation, they provided half the bill for next 2 months. Also added they will provide more flexible plans in future to improve their business. I am ok with that and continued services. After 2 months as there is no new plans added i again asked for connection cancellation and this time they offered me next three months same package can be continued for1000 inr. I said ok again and they resolved the cancellation request, package was not changed and asking me to pay the regular bill, i raised multiple requests and call to customer service, nothing worked and the connection now suspended saying you didn't paid the bill.
I explained the same to the customer care and asked for cancellation, and his response was awesome, pay the outstanding and request for cancellation.
Why the hell i gone pay the bill. That's your mistake in providing the promised package. I have recorded all the calls with customer service staff and i am ready to take this to any level. But not going to leave them at any cost. Was this information helpful? |
I have requested for new connection, same day one person visited and done initial documentation also i paid Rs 5000. After receiving 5K getting worst response from ACT, till now they have not installed new connection also no one is picking call. They are not initiating refund as well.
Paid amount on 6h march.
