We have had continuous problems since we took this connection in February this year. As our business is entirely dependent on connectivity. Poor quality of service from ACT has caused us significant loss of business. During down times none of their numbers are answered nor are any emails or sms responded to. They have a cavalier attitude to customer service and are only in business to make money without provide the promised services to their customers. We would like to sue them for contingent damages for loss of business.
