I have been using the Act Fibrenet from more than 24 months and the power box been installed at my home but till today not even a month power bill being refunded
Now when i contacted with the customer service they says they are ready to pay only for the 2 months that too 100 per month more than 5 connections been given from my broadband box and now if asks says to reach out to my nearby office
This is totally unfair
