ACT Fibernet — Problem in Digital TV

Dear Sir, I am Lakshmi Narayan. For the past two days I am getting Warning - Signal Not Found - when ever I switch on the cable TV I have lodged complaints thru Phone for more than Half dozen times but in Vain. My Mobile No is [protected] and landline is 23460477, It is pathetic to have very poor response for customer complaints from ACT. ID No is MAC00223AC5105C.
