Ticket no[protected] has been raised on 3 days back and without resolving the problem they have closed the complaint . For a small complaint i have to call customer care for 5-10 times .after calling so many times also they are so irresponsible to resolve the complaint.For billing purpose they will call so many times and send too many messages but coming to complaints they dont even bother. this kind of service we dont expect from beam.
