On aug 31st 2017, i asked them to cancel the connection and refund my money. I asked them to cancel the connection is because they were not able to do the installation to my home. By the time of taking money from me, the sales guy (Shikhil gowda) told me that, if in case they are not able to do the installation they will refund me the entire amount.
After i raised the request for cancellation on aug 31st 2017 till date 11th sept i have not got any calls from them. Moreover, they have blocked my calls. I called the customer care number from my friend's number, the very next minute they have blocked his number as well.
I wanted to check the status of my refund. I sent email but not updates from that as well. Pavithra picked my call and told that i will be getting the refund call asap. But after the call, i have got the text message saying that my invoice has been raise for rs 650 so out 1800rps that i have paid, they are gonna deduct 650 and pay me 1150. Why should i paid for the invoice when the installation itself has not happened.
