I raised a deactivation request for the above said number on december 23, 2018 and i was told the refund cannot be processed as the connection is still active (Which is not my botheration) could you please take into account the date of last payment and the date of deactivation and refund the balance money. I’ve had enough harassment and miscommunication by a bunch of careless people... Nodal officer exist for the sake of compliance only and he doesn’t take any action, one. An argue that there are thousands of customers and connections, how can we keep a track and resolve everything!!! If you dont know the meaning of customer service, then no point in being in the market
