I have raised a request for disconnecting my Actcorp Internet connection last month and the same has been closed on June 2nd/3rd. Before raising the request i was told that i have to send and email or call the customer care for getting the refund after receiving a message saying disconnection completed.
I have sent an email stating the same on 3rd/4th June. I kept sending the reminders on top of it at least 4 times. i have tried to reach customer care more than 3 times.
I was promised on 16th june that i would get a call back within a day. I still did not get any call till now. I have called them again today and their standard response is someone would reply/call me back in a day. They dont have a plan B.
For each call i loose 20mins of time as i am in queue waiting for the customer care rep.
This makes me feel that they would never refund my money back. I feel cheated with this kind of response from the company. This was the specific reason i asked them if they would refund before raising the request.
Now I dont get the service from them nor I got my money back.
I hope this forum would help me get my money back asap.
